Are you using a foliar feed? and what is your growth medium? It sounds like a soilborne fungus to me, could have stemmed from your overwatering. I would snip those leaves and if you see dark spots reappear, replant and maybe look to chemical solutions.

ide wait a few days, until you see leaves. what strain(s) did you start up?

Be carefull tho, you get that heat up too high and you will start degrading your THC, this happens from 240F and up. Ide heat it at a lower temp for longer, maybe try to whip it when its still hot and turn it into a wax consistency?
