Yes you can set the rockwool on some clay rocks in the net pots that's what I always do and I surround the sides and sprinkle a few on top usually too

Generally when you buy nutes it comes with a feeding schedule and you should start with 1/4 strength of what the bottle says after the 3rd node. Then work your way up to 1/2 strength and maybe eventually full strength it depends on the plant and its individual needs. Some may burn while others...

I'd say lay off on the water a little are you allowing the top of the soil to dry out at all? And you shouldn't water everyday only when needed

Yup just like how treegoesmoo said it takes along time for a plant to reveg at least a month minimum in my experience just to get normal vegetative growth again

Looks like mold. IV never had any personal experiences with mold since I always have low RH but if it was me I'd carefully scoop all the stuff out and chuck it. Then try to lower your RH if high or let the top of your soils dry out occasionally

Clones- always female, always uniform, and always fast turn around

Grow it out! Don't waste a perfectly viable plant that just needs a little extra tlc!
