I can't tell from the pictures, but make sure the plant is only 2-3 inches fron the lights. Too much more distance than that will result in thinner buds. Still though, looking great man! Can't wait to see this grow more

I'm looking in to this and considering it, I will let you know. As far as the buds being harsh, I'm giving them some nice good flushn, probably ~5 between when i started and when harvest. i've been using molasses with all the feedings + the flushes. Maybe this will detract from the harshness...

Buds are fattening in, but they still have some room to grow (I hope!) Did the final feeding 2 days ago, 1/2 strength. Gunna start flushing on friday. The last plant pictured looks a little sad, but its developing some great buds lower down. A few of plants are also purpling up, its great!

I'm growing some Easy Ryder (AK47xLowryderII) and Afghan Kush Ryder. I know that you CAN grow them under 20/4 (what i'm using) or 18/6 or 24/0 etc etc all the way until harvest, but can I switch to 12/12 for the last 4 weeks to get BIGGER buds? I would love it if anyone has any experience...

This is good advice. But at the same time you need to get those lights in as close as you can without it getting hot. closer light = bigger buds

second that! This looks VERY promising! I'm noticing most of the stems on your fan leaves are reddening. This is something I noticed before my leaves started yellowing. I am NOT sure, but I think it is an early sign of potassium deficiency. No need for alarm as long as it doesnt spread...

I'm working with 4x4 too, and 6 plants is a good fill. Mine could be larger, too. As far as LST/topping goes, that could go either way. If you really want to keep things short, I'd say yeah top them. If you wanna keep things short but want larger main colas, LST. If you have like 3 or 4 feet...
