Yo my dude, your 6500 k is good for veg growth but your'e gonna want to get some 2700 k for flowering. Also you're gonna want to keep that fan in there all the time or at least when the lights are on and yeah transplant em to bigger pots, but so far so good.

I had the same amount of leaves on my Black Velvet grow I just harvested couple of weeks ago. Did'nt seem to affect the plant at all, in fact it was some of the best I've smoked.
