Even if you are legal in regard to CO law, any single plant is still a felony under federal law. I may be a wuss, but I like to fly low and not make a big fuss regardless of legality. :)

Yeah, I keep mums in soil and grow them slow and easy. Whatever you have kicking around is fine for soil. I keep moving them up depending on plant size, but top out at 3 gal. When that gets too small it's time for a new mom.
