im thinking about changing my plants to 18/6 tonite. Does it make a difference if i go straight from 24 light to 18/6? opposed to gradually getting tthem to tht stage?

Hey, i have my plants in 24 hour light from seed to now and it has been about around 10 days maybe? when should i switch to 18/6 and should i gradually change to that? and is it ok to keep in 24 hour light the whole veg, pros n cons?

hey, i started my first hydro grow this week, i am on day 7 now i believe, and my roots started to show at the bottom around probably around day 5-6. Doesnt take that long, roots grow fast.

well me....im not even sure how to put a germinated seed into rockwool correctly, but how i did it was, i germinated the seed in papertowel ina plastic bag then when it was germinated i put it in the middle hole that the rockwool has. i put it in so that the little root it grows is in the hole...

looks like the aerogarden is a good investment. How tall do you think the plant can get before you have to start flowering because i know that these aerogardens are pretty small and the height of the lamp arms arent that long.

Hi, i was wondering if i could use High Pressure Sodium and Metal Halide bulbs for a 400WATT Metal Halide ballast? Also which part of the spectrum is which, is high pressure sodium blue(Veg) And metal halide red(Flowering)??:confused: Any help is appreciated.
