this is not true, if your using t-5s on 24 with your moms they will grow slower vertically. i feel like vertical growth is slowed in 24hr light. i use it to slow the veg down to buy time if the bloom room is too full

i use cow pats on my spiritual crop, i mix them in a couple feet down and then top with really dried flaky ones. the older the better.

no worries, i even use it from time to time on my inorganic grows, but the organic, inorganic, and spiritual crops are all a little different, same strains different conditions, different feeds slightly different smokes between them.
