Update time it's day 27 and I will be switching them to 12/12 tomorrow so here's a couple more pictures before the real show starts

At one point in time i had my 750 gph running one 3.5 gallon bucket like what you're using. you could put your hand over the hydron and feel a breeze coming from the bucket

Both were purchased at a local grow store. The smaller pump was $45 and the big one was $60 but the big pump can be heard humming no matter where i go in my house and its in in my basement on the floor with a towel under it to stop it from grinding its own shoes into dust

Here's my big pump its actually 1157 gph and my 700 is more like 750 so i guess its 1900 gph total

I may have been misleading i have an 1100 gph pump and a 700 gph pump. My 1100 is very loud and vibrates so much the rubber bases are getting ground into rubber dust

There is only about an inch of open water under my inner buckets where my airstone sits so its more of a shallow water culture

I do wish they made net pots that would fit my 2 gallons because they only come with 2 gallon inner buckets with holes drilled in them so i have to fill the whole bucket with medium. I feel like I'm not technically doing DWC at this point

In my case it was a 4 ft tall with a 3x4ft canopy that was topped half way up. So the split was half way down the plant where the stalk was like my thumb it looked like someone took a mini hatchet to her and split it like a dry log

those are some healthy looking ladied but beware of bending out too much i once had a pineapple express that was topped and trained so the main branches were horizontal and long story short i walk in to check on the girls and it completely split the stalk from the weight of the buds
