    Power outage

It's not as bad as 36 hours of lights on during flower that's for sure

Need help with some sort of deficiency..

Has anyone ever come across a chart like this but based around LED instead of HPS?

Need help with some sort of deficiency..

too much light yes the second part is debatable. I wouldn't think a 300w LED has the optimum light range of up to 32" away like my 1000w HID. I'd say its more like a 600w HID

Leave them unless they are 100% dead imo. if it's still alive it's still converting light into food for your baby

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

600w is overkill imo a friend of mine has 25 plants in half gallon pots filling a 4x4 grow tent with a 400w to veg and he keeps his light 2' above the plants. Get a 400w to veg and bing bang you got a 600w to add to the bud room

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

20 oz is .6 grams per watt but i bet if you had that light lower you could see .8 gpw easy maybe even crack 1gpw (a kilogram from a kilowatt is a long term goal of mine)

You'd do better to make the most of the light you do have and lower it at least to 32". 2 600w lights would suit your grow room better based on its footprint

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

i am shooting for 28-30 oz. In my last grow I averaged .85 grams per watt with 2 400w (one hps one mh) and my plants (7 total) finished at less then 2 feet tall

    Is my plant nitrogen toxic

that being said I still flush my DWC for 48-72 hours with Florakleen as I run Floanova which is absurdly thick and i have 1.75 gallons of hydroton per 2 gallon bucket (more hydroton then water in my system) so it is just precautionary but probably not entirely necessary. Better safe then sorry imo

    Is my plant nitrogen toxic

Agreed. With hydroponics there isnt anywhere for media to sponge up nutrients so unless you're running something crazy like 5.0 ec there is very little chance of build up on the media to the point it needs to be flushed

    Is my plant nitrogen toxic

Accomplished the same goal of giving the plants adequate time to use any excess build up from the root zone

I didn't i said the WORD flushing :) Do you prefer flush?

    Is my plant nitrogen toxic

In this case the N is in the flowering nutes so there's no room for manipulation of P or N without effecting everything together.

    Is my plant nitrogen toxic

Sorry about thay I just wanted to clarify the importance of flushing when using synthetic nutes but I'm glad you said something because if I wasn't coming across clear about what i meant to you odds are someone else might have misunderstood as well. As long as we're all on the same page

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

Well it's no wonder a 1000w is great for 5x5 maybe 6x6 with a parabolic reflector but not much bigger. Also the glass kills about 15% of your lumens i believe i would remove it until its 100% necessary to prevent burns

    Is my plant nitrogen toxic

adding back N means it had to have been dropped down at some point. I never said ZERO N. I said make sure to flush properly (at the end) not completely starve it and seeing as the plant does very little growing in the last 2 weeks you dont need quite as much food. Clearly you have never had bud...

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

No 24" is not the maximum you can grow a plant 6' from the 1000w bulb but it's not the most efficient use of light. I can go as close as 18" with my light sealed and vented with my 400 cfm fan. In flower after the stretch I go as close as possible without burning/ stressing anything I would call...

    dwc questions

My active aqua (740 gph) is very quiet for a big pump I can hardly hear it over the sound of my buckets bubbling. My big pump (1157 gph) is loud as hell but it was only $10 more then my 740 so you get what you pay for. My 740 also only has a 4x4in footprint

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

The way i see it there is no benefit in growing any bigger of a canopy then what can fit in the ideal light range unless you have light movers. Anything less than 32" is less then the plant can use (sunlight strength). If your light is 32" from the top everything under the top is getting less...

    1000w 14 plants 5 strains 2 gallon E&F turned modular DWC

Thats why I move my buckets to fill 4x4 to 4.5x4.5 ft area depending on height of the light and subsequent lighted area. I still have some branches on the edge of my canopy that aren't very well lit but i cut bottom nodes off them and they are slowly catching up to the canopy
