they will start to flower when the days fall below 14 hours of daylight roughly. If they start flowering soon you may get a ounce + per plant it you treat them right, the longer time before they start to flower the more you will get, but they can not survive a frost or at least not many.

one time will probably not cause it to turn hermie, just don't make a habbit out of it and reduce any external stress you can control(like topping or pruning) for a week or so and you should be fine.

for just one plant thats already half done you may just want to get 3-4 100watt equalilent cfls they will work but not the best. If you plan to continue to grow indoors then go with a h.i.d. if you only want a couple of plants a 250 watt hid will do you good, the more plants you want the higher...

I keep mine outside my flowering room but inside the bedroom the closets are in.

I run 4-6 plants under a 400 mh for veg and 400watt hps for flower.

yeah i agree with above, but also make sure you get potting mix that doesn't have time release nutes, it often leads to fried plants.
