Anybody have any tips on how to tell if a plant is ready if I don't own a 30x magnifying glass?

Howyiz lads - been a while since I visited. Has anyone tried the guerillight cfls from seamus growshop? They're marginally cheaper than the eco-light brand but if they're crap I'd rather spend the extra few bob.

Looks like the inside of a shed - how do you keep your temps right? Just asking because my grow space is on an external wall and it gets shit cold in there. I've insulated the bejaysus out of it but I'd say I'll still need a heater at night.

As the title says, I'm looking for a good strain for creeper bud - you know the stuff I'm sure. Smoke it and feel nothing for 15-20 minutes and then it completely floors you!! Any recommendations?
