Dude, get some russian rocket fuel, they grow only to about 10 inches and mine yielded over an ounce with only a few supplemental 23watt cfl's My avatar pic is a nug from that grow

It seems so expensive to get an air cooled one compared to one that isn't, and I bet I can get the same effect if I have one fan on just the light

I'm thinking of getting an hps system but i can't decide between an air cooled or just an open one. Can I just have a fan pointing to an open hps reflector?

I currently have a closet grow with cfl's but I want to upgrade to a 400 watt hps. The strain I want to grow is an auto flowering strain that only gets about 12 inches tall and 10-12 inches across. How many of them can I fit under a 400 watt hps? Thanks!
