Sorry it took so long to respond... Actually, I haven't ever noticed a difference in appearance in trich coloration in differently lit conditions... I'll haveta do some research into that. I suppose I am always in a fairly lit up area whenever I'm inspecting my trichs... Good question.

You'd be surprised at how much light your plants can handle, as long as temps are properly managed... You'll never know unless you try... And even if you fuck it all up the first go-round, many moons ago, like alot of us did, myself included, there's alway6s an opportunity to learn from...

Yeah, I like mine at mabye 10-20% amber, and thatz about it... The cannabinoids will begin to degrade after too many of the trichs start to turn amber... Mostly cloudy is the best, with hints of amber... Just my opinion... Thatz how I look for kolas to be cut, anyways...

Dont forget to look at the coloration of the trichs...not just the stigmas... A cloudy coloration with slight hints of amber are about the peak ripeness... All cloudy is ok... But patience is a virtue, and a more viscereal experience from your bounty is an awesome thing... Thats just my take on...

And if you can control your temps and not burn yer ladiez, the more wattage, the better... I use 1,150W of mixed MH and HPS in a 4' X 2' closet, and have had SPECTACULAR results, with NO downsides... Only because I kept a close eye on air flow, humidity, and temps...

Greensand! Worm castings for veg! Rock phosphate and phosphorus-rich seabird and/or bat guano for flowering! Liquid seaweed all the time! Check out some CO2 generator set ups... I prefer the yeast, sugar, and water every week method... And yes, it makes a huge difference!

I suppose... Cuttings are still so much more forgiving and resiliant and easier to take root from veg stage, tho...
