I am not sure what is wrong with it. I know the picture is really blurry, but there are large chunks taken off of the edges and then small holes in the midde, and it's only on some plants. I am thinking spider mites, but am not sure. Please help

Yeah, dont just kill the small ones. They are definately salvagable. I say seperate them now while before their roots get tangled up. Even 2 plants in an pot that size is bad. They will starve eachother and you'll end up w/ 2 unhealthy plants and bad bud.

Yeah, you can absolutely do it. There's nothign wrong w/ putting a seed in a 5 gallon bucket. But I've never seen too much plant shock after transplanting. Even on ones that I've really messed up on, so I wouldnt worry about it too much.

Oh, and for the smell you can get some metal tubing and have an airfilter filled w/ activated carbon that you can get from a pet shop. I'll try to find a link.

Even if you break it up into seperate plots, then if they find one then they will search for more. Just make sure you dont leave any traces that you were there. You'd be amazed what they can find to incriminate you.

No, any prolonged period of being submerged would kill the pretty quickly. Find an elevated area and it would be perfect because of how close it is to the water table

You would have to replace that bulb w/ a CFL bulb w/ as much wattage as possible. Have it on for 18hrs and off for 6 to veg(grow) it, then to switch to flowering switch the light cycle to 12/12. I would suggest you get a few more lamps though. 3 minimum if you want some good bud.
