    i agree i only protect from animals if theres a problem otherwise straight in the ground. they been growing like that for million years and rain and wind wont hurt them only make them stronger:weed:

    i always get clones from a friend when they small say 4 inches and normally prepare the ground before hand wit some blood and bone and nitrofoska blue to get them started (not this one though its getting everything from the leaky compost bin) im adding a specialised flowering fert at the moment...

    what is the benefit of vegging indoors before transplanting outside?

    na not my problem i seen some fools do it though and they wonder why:dunce: i always put them out small and into the ground after the start of the season and let them do their thing... your right its all about timing and growing it as big as u can if its staying in a pot but you cant beat having...

    i agree... they are plants after all and get hardy out in the elements. had a storm here for the last 2 days, raining very very hard and gale force winds it looked like someone had stomped all over it this morning:-( but the sun came out and we had a cracker day and its like nothing had happened...
