well if your really short on money i would suggest getting some 23-26w cfl in the 2700k range, the best for vegetative growth would be 6500k bulbs but it can be done with 2700k and since the best for flowering is 2700k you wont have to swap them out thus saving you money :) it all depends on...

if you start the plants indoors and flowering them still indoors, as long as it is "flowering time" outside you should have no problem.

personally i think you need a bit of everything, if you dont want to go to mogul socket then i think a bunch of 40w up top and a bunch of 26w at the bottom.

the leaves are getting worse :( the AI has a lot of the bottom leaves turning yellow and some starting to go dark purple on the edges the kush has leaves falling off and tunning brown do to the nute burn, im going to do my first flush today.

the only thing you seem to have to worry about is the smell, which no matter how small the plant is, it will smell. and you can try getting ONA gel to help out with that. everything else sounds fine, just put 2-4 26w cfl in the case and make sure it stays cool.

the plastic in between them would be a great idea and you should do it ASAP because they get tons of roots fast and you want to cut a few as possible when pushing the plastic in. imo you should continue to tie it down every few nodes to maximize your yield.

well the idea is awesome, but i dont think if can be done unless you have awesome little glass//plexiglass boxes that fit the light to give then about a 1-2cm distance from the green. now if you could do that then it would be awesome. but i know that light set up works because its what i have...

this may be a stupid question but what is all that white stuff in the pot? and your plants look good, sometimes when they are young they seem to not be doing well and then 2 weeks in they pull through. also looks like over watering. How much do you water them?
