plants looked good this morning. nice and green. #2 isn't growing at the rate the others are. I think maybe the medium is too wet. I removed some of the hydroton so help it dry a bit. we will see if that helps. I got some chernobyl seeds at the local collective! It has the best mildew...

Plants are showing pistils on all but the newest clone #4. It has the pod just not showing the pistils as obviously as the others. I will be spraying them with serenade tonight. I will check water levels too but this medium holds water like crazy. I will report back in a day or so with more pics...

hydrogen peroxide may help clean up the roots looking rough...but if you are trying organics that won't work because the h2o2 kills all the good bacteria/fungi that you worked hard to promote.

are you using h2o2 in your nute mix? I can't remember what you are feeding them...forgetful at times..

probably is a little heat damage. your filter is an interesting design. I personally just buy a phresh filter. They are all aluminum and light with good carbon in the them. But to each their own. plants are looking fantastic the DM is working the best imho

I've not ever had a problem with just switching from 18/6 -12/12. I think you should just go with your plan. Yes you could do a lot to have a bigger yield but is that even what you want to do? If this is a learning mission more than requiring significant yields then I think you should try it...

short answer is yes. i personally would add a few more bulbs in there. I have had success with cfl's in the past.
