go with the 150 hps if you can cool it. if not then go with 4 or 5 sockets with y-splitters and 26-watt 5600k cfl's. its just all about your budget

i actually think that what happend. im using coco(i think) and had a mini emergency when i came in and they were doubled over. i watered em and they came right back up. i water them. everyday. and its a 2ft x 2ft 3 speed fan from lowes. o-well now its on me because that 400hps is hot as hell

only $20 worth of cfl with all that? anyways my first grow had: 2x 2 tube t-8 3000k-$40 used 2 and 3 liter bottles and cups for pots-$0 dirt-$20 12x 26 watt cfls 5600k with clamp lights and double sockets-$75 -$155 now i have grow bags, nutes, and a 400hps and other upgrades

everytime i put a fan on my plants they droop and when i take it back off they are fine. i thought it would be the other way around. has anybody had this happen?

when i use any kind of seed starter i always let them sit in about a 1/4 inch of water. they seem to love it

dont give em nutes for the first couple of weeks. they look fine. they grow slow until the 2nd or 3rd set of leaves and then take off like a rocket

i have my pit puppy with me in my room or in the garden all the time and she only chewed one plant when she was really lil. i put her face in the plant and popped her once so she would associate the smell with punishment. i have never had any problems since. she hasnt even got into the strawberries
