This is completely up to you. Many people believe by removing the leaves that are around 50% yellowed, the plant will use the rest of it's energy to create more bud instead of trying to keep the leaves alive. Cut them off at the base, pull them off..whatever. :)

Wouldn't be that, most people on here smoke ahah. Are you using nutrients? What size pots? Are you watering thoroughly and allowing it to dry?

Hang your light as close to the plants as possible. Put your hand under the light and see how close you can keep your hand to it. If your hand cant stand the heat, neither can the plants.

Use what you've gotta use. There's plenty of growers out there who do use miracle grow ferts/nutes. Water it down a bit for clones/early veg. The only reason people suggest using other nutrients is because miracle grow isn't designed to the specifications of cannabis.

Doesn't really need a trim, looks alright. I will however suggest you get a few lights on the lower section of your plant as it looks a bit dark down there! Also, move them as close as you can.

400 watt hps for vegging, 600 watt hps for flowering. You always want better lighting during flowering.
