    As said above, look for that nice dark sand. Dark sand means there are organics in it. Organics will feed your plant.

    Feeding every 2 -3 days? Do you mean watering or feeding? Temps are great. I would worry more about the Ph than the humidity, but you are in soil, so it isn't the most important thing in the world, but if you are way to far off from 6.5 then it could be an issue.

    I agree with everything you say. However, if there is live pollen on the plant...they will make seeds. If his male released pollen, those females will have it on them. If they then go into a mature state, they will be pollenated.

    Sounds good. The space is great. You have some options. Scrog away. I would start seeds every 2 months for the perpetual grow, and I think you will do fine on your yields. When you order your seeds, think about a autoflower for your setup. Might work out nice.
