ok so im going to buy a nextgen digital ballast so looking into bulbs i want to get one with a enhacned spectrum so whats the best bulb for the cheapiest price all imput is appricaited seen horilux for 85 looking for a great bulb for closer to 65

idk my bill is like 400-450 in summer been trying to get it lower but havent been able to im going to go solar should eliminate almost all of the bill
