That's a long run of ducting. With the filter, it may be too much for the fan. To test the effect of the duct, feel the flow of air coming out of the end of the duct, then remove the 15 foot section and feel again. The difference may be substantial.

What are you using for exhaust fans, and how long is the ducting? If they are underpowered for your ducting and filter, a bigger fan may help.

Why does the LED maker refer to the light as 1200 watts? They admit some where it is only 240 watts. Why the obfuscation? A manufacturer of a good quality LED light will publish ppfd information about their products, and they won't mislead you by lying to you with the name of their fixture...
