Beer doesn't like heat or light so fermenting in the grow space isn't a good idea. Ales ferment best in the low to mid 60s, larger fermentation temps are much much lower. Some types of beer will ferment acceptably in to 70s, but those are uncommon and not universally appreciated like "normal"...
