Not sure what you mean man, but i would probably go 400mh for veg and 600 hps for flower. Depending on the colour temp, you could probably just use your t8's without to big of a difference.

CFL for the first 2 weeks, followed by a MH for the rest of the veg cycle. The closer the better, but not to close, a nice compat plant is caused by lighting being close enough the plant doesn't need to stretch and grow for it.

nute burn, your using to much nutrient, like roflicer says use half the dose you're using and see if it persists.

Opening the door will lowe the humidity and temp, you want them both up abit so keep your door closed (with the evaporation water source)
