    Hmm, im not a pro grower, but not quite a novice either... my opinion is " why not try it out" maybe you might get a smaller yield than if you planted in say may or april... but then again I'm not sure where you live... where I am if i planted in april there would have still been 2 feet of snow...

    out of all my stains, pandora is the weakest, smallest, and least impressive... but then again I only have one so maybe its just a bad luck seed.. still should turn out OK though, no health problems

    these plants will flower no matter what, so it doesnt matter, when you want it to really flower hardcore, switch your lights over to less time to save electricity, even if you leave it on 24 hrs it will still flower, even if you use the wrong spectrum it will still flower... good for beginners!

    my concern is that I want them to be able to survive about one week without watering, which is fine because its not hot out yet, but to make sure that they are the optimal SIZE to put them out.     I think you misunderstand my post, Im wanting to know when to put outside in terms of how big they should be before transplanting, not about flowering. They are autoflowering plants and are already therefore flowering regardless of the light cycle.
