Great cloning technique that I use for soil.. is a jiffy pellet tray ( peat pellet starter trays you get at walmart, home depot, lowes, etc)... soak the pellets in water.. (I don't PH although my tap water is around 7 and a pretty good source.. I use water straight from the tap no sitting time...
