you can use perlite straight through the grow. i've started seed in a cup of perlite, then you only have to transfer when it out grows the cup bongsmilie

i agree. you would be suprised how much stress a plant can take before it is damaged. i have a dwc, and when i transplant, or check the roots, or clean my water, some roots are off the plants. plants still thriving. just make sure you have a big enough pot otherwise they'll stop growing:joint:

i've been running mine non-stop for over two months now. i've got four of them, and they clog occasionally, but not too bad. i'm thinking about buying a 10 head fogger, to run my whole system. the results have been amazing thoughbongsmilie

i'm pretty sure i dont have 3 phase power, but i run 6 of these, and they work great. any one considering should break out the plastic shield. much much brighter

yup. that's jack herer. jack herer is amazing. probably the best weed i've ever smoked. paid damn near 70 for it. if you have a real jack seed they're hard plants to grow, but they are amazing. huge high off the smallest amount. good luck to both of you. i'll be looking into that strain myself...

absolutely worth flushing. sometimes you only have to do it a couple of times, sometimes you never have to do it. but flushing with clean straight water could only help out. i flush once a month, some plants really like being flushed

i would have to agree. it does look like nute burn. a sativa i had a year ago did the same thing, had to take the nutes way back, leaves perked right back up. how long have you had it in flowering? leaves often start to appear dried out the longer a plant is in flowering.

i just picked up an inline duct fan for m y room. i'm tryin to wire it up, but i'm confused. it's a 120v motor, white and black wires, green ground. is that something i can hook straight up to a light switch? i tried to look for a switch or control online, but i couldn't fine any. heres the fan...

if you want faster results, which it sounds like you do, i would go with hydro. vermiculite is a very easy substance to grow in, and holds water for a very long time.

sounds like a good design. i don't know if you need to go all the way with the dynamat but it could only add to the stealthiness

stick with a bigger grow room. itll cost waaaay less in the starting phases

i just got one of these for my room. fantastic. suddenly my drying bud stopped disappearing

they make 3 to 2 prong adapters. if the extension cord works with the timer and light then it shouldn't be a problem. but i grabbed a couple of those adapters at a hardware store for like $3 each
