I agree with toping it and adding more lights. topping it will make it push out shoots and help to bush the plant a bit. I use Y splitters on my bulbs for more lights.

I am using 8 23 watt cfl's along with 4 t5's and I get a good amount of heat. I am using a piece of glass to help shield some of the heat. It helps me to keep the lights closer to my plants. here is a link to my jurnal about how I handled my problems. closet issues???

TFoust You should look into getting some Y splitters so you don't have as many cords hanging in the box. it would also make it so you can add more wattage. just a suggestion. Every thing is looking good though.

Just remember that you can keep cfl's alot closer to the plants and still have amazing results. Hps's get alot hotter and use more power and with that you need to have diffrent ventalations setup. make sure to weigh that into your decision.
