Ya know, next time try letting the soil dry out more before you transplant. Then get that new soil a little more moist then usual, transplant but don't water. I tried this once and the dry soil wicked up the water from the sides and there was zero shock. I do it all the time now.

You don't feed clones like you would seedlings they require more Phosphorous for root growth. I usually mix my flower nutes at 1/4 strength the first week then on with the veg program.

Not as long as you can see spiders. Spiders eat other insects. If you don't see spiders then yeah, spider mites feed off of plants. 2 inches at three weeks isn't bad in soil. They could be getting there roots down. I wouldnt be feeding them this soon though.
