Lookin good man....I had a rubbermaid thing going on but scrapped the entire thing... temps were WAY to hard to control with the amount of lights I had in there. Be wary of that. If you can I'd add more strip fixtures to the sides and even on the lid if you're using it. more light = more fruit...

id move those CFLs as close a "plantly" possible... maybe an inch from the plant. and if you can, get some more cfls under and around the sides to provide more love to the ladies.....other than that looking good!

50 degrees F is a good temp to see if your going to go purple. but in all reality, its more genetics than anything. what would you rather have? some REAL purps...or something that was forced into it? ;) edit: go into the temp change in late flowering(week 7-8 or so) to acheive a purpling

yes, 6500k is the kelvin rating per bulb...you should plan on at LEAST 3 bulbs per plant....but more light = more bud = more happy! this is what i use when i do a little CFL grow ...

you can get 6500's @ walmart...just look on the package before you buy. if not home depot or lowes or anywhere that sells light bulbs really. and HPS would be ideal for flower...but keep in mind they cost more to run, give off A LOT more heat, and are not as simple as plugging into a socket...
