Old School Skunk, who's found it???

No one has found it, it’s most likely a recessive gene that got bred out awhile ago.

Coco Growers Help Needed: Increased Drying Time in Week 6 of Flower, Normal or Concerning?

I know tons of people treating coco like soil with success. Not how I do it but if it works for you then don’t listen to these armchair scientists. Your ppms are a bit high but nutrients like Athena that’s normal, so again the people talking about your nutrients without even know what nutrients...

    Grove Bags alternative

I live in Colorado and Masson jars work perfectly. Never had dry buds from curing in Masson jars, sounds like bad drying practices. Anyway I have been looking into cure pucks. Usually mounted on a 30 gal drum and it automates the whole process.

    What's wrong with my plant

Doesn’t look all bad, kinda looks like a ph issue but I’m not a huge fan of soil coco mixes so my experience is from coco mostly.

Let’s fucking goo… rooms trump tents any day.

    Taco leaves, some discoloration

Ph issue during the grow can cause this and genetics play a large roll. Some strains are just more sensitive than others. When I tun multiple strains in one scrog you can really see the difference.

    Trichome clarification.

Trichomes are a great intput to deciding when the plant is ripe. It’s a personal preference but in my opinion most do not wait long enough. I look for 80% milky with 20% amber. Only people I know harvesting with clear trichomes are rosin makers for clarity but you sacrifice some potency.

    What's wrong with my plant

What’s your soil to coco mix? What ph are you watering with? Do you plan to feed nutrients at all or just off the amended soil?

    Nitrogen tox?

If you’re consistently getting these problems with that soil then I would assume the npk valve isn’t the best in the soil. This is exactly why I like to just feed my nutes instead of relying on soil mix. They seem a bit dark green so it may still be too hot for seedlings and young plants.

    Nitrogen tox?

Copper deficiency is quite rare. Usually it’s a ph issue not copper deficiency.

To trim or not to trim?

I do a heavy defoliation a week before flip. Then day 18-21 of flower everything is stripped below the screen and another heavy defoliation above the screen. Then leave until week 7-8 before removing leaves that block bud sites. I would leave for now and remove some leaves later in flower that...

Classic Ebb and Flow: why aren't more people doing it?

Drain to waste is just so easy with coco. Floraflex makes some good products. I got an entire old school ebb and flow system with the blue buckets and titan controllers. Never used it and probably never will.

    Blank slate! Looking for input!!

I would try running your system without ac to see where you sit. I don’t need to run any ac in my room, the exhaust brings in enough fresh cool air. Unless you looking for a sealed room for co2 at some point. I used plywood and then used Polly plastic or panda film to cover everything, easy to...

    Colorado. Industry tanking

Best cannabis will always be small scale home grows. The days of facilities pumping out cardboard and making bank should have ended years ago. It’s all about a money grab to the states, and they don’t make tax money from me selling to my neighbor from a personal grow.
