Its normal. Leaf sets usually go 3,5,7,9 and sometimes 11 or more! youll get 5s soon enough....but maybbe not. either way no worries.

best to just get a new one as soon as possible if your worried. ask him how long he used it. It will still flower fine though, just lacking full spectrum like stated before....

Soil= 85 lights on and 73 lights off.....This is optimum Ive read. Thats what I keep my flowering room at and its great. For vegging you shouldnt get that cool at night though. maybe like 80. The cooler temps for flowering helps induce flowering.

Id have to disagree. If Im at home and have done something to have the cops show up and they later find or see weed, than why can they not press charges for it? Its a law being broken isnt it......But Im not sure on Calis laws.
