how long have they been under the lights? and you can just throw them outside till they come up and then put them under the lights. The sun is thebest and cheapest light out there. good luck

ive used half of a water bottle and put it over the top of the plant during the day. it adds a kinda greenhouse effect. and you might want to stop watering it for a couple days. squish the container so a little air can get to the roots then water it, it helps the water get down to the roots...

you want them to stay small but if they stretch you can just bury them about up the the bottom leaves. keep the cfls pretty close to the plants to they dont stretch. you want those nodes at close as possible. peace

He sounds old enough. GROW ON! what are you going to use for lights? just cfl's? a little computer fan will be good for a smallish box. for 8 plants your gonna need a decent amount of lights. just keep reading every day. you'll get it. good luck bro

plants in the wild dont get 24 hours of light. just leave it outside from the morning till it gets dark.
