I don't understand how 400W of CFL is cheaper to run than 250W HID? Wattage is wattage whatever you plug into it and I'm not sure that 4 X 100w CFL's would actually run cooler than 1 X 250w HID. I currently run a 250w for mothers and it's only about 6" away, no burn.

Be careful regarding RH in the room you're venting into, you might need a heat exchange system to avoid damp related issues.

When they grow in the wild there's no vermiculite or perlite to be had, only soil so I wouldn't worry too much. Better perhaps to grow to 3 or 4 nodes at home, then plant out using compost only. No idea where NC is, but is it not a strange time of year to be thinking about growing outdoors...

Try keeping the outlet fan on all the time to avoid the spikes in humidity. Unfortunately, you can't do much about the inlet RH without some investment. Water/feed at the start of the light cycle to avoid too much moisture during dark period, that way the growing medium has time to dry a...

Relax, chill out, take a deep breath, don't do anything rash. Buds look lovely, don't look like they need more than another week or two. If you start flushing at the moment you run the risk of high RH will result in mould, budrot and god knows what else. Leaves look like they should, normal...

So, some recycling advice needed, search tool not giving me what I need. Harvest is done and it's time to get the clones under the main lights. got the coco spread out in the trays under lights to dry it out due to a flood from the irrigation system and had to harvest in a hurry to avoid mould...
