Super Lemon Haze - Greenhouse Seeds. Quite mind blowing

The one thing I did find about Super Lemon Haze is that it really didn't smell much like lemons. I mean, go smell a lemon, then smell the SLH. Big difference. I found them piney smelling. In fact, unless it's some kushy indica, I find most pot smells the same: piney.

    Cutting 3 Weeks Early

Clear, eh? Hmmmm, that's not good, unless it's a sativa-dominant plant (some of their clear trichomes take forever to cloud). I'd just trim the rotten bud outta there and hang on. Maybe pray to the bud gods that you get some less humid days. That rot doesn't look good, though. And even if...

    Killing Fields Is Killer!

Nice job, Herk. It's funny how they shrink, eh? In your pics the living colas looked huge (maybe just no context)! Anyway, good grow and you should post a smoke report in the Smoke Report section.

Dreaded Problem: Mold Help for Everyone

Mold always gets your plants before frost, I find. I'm picking some off my outdoor Querkle daily now and will harvest soon because of it. The baking soda spray apparently changes the ph level of the plant as mold needs a certain ph level to grow. Haven't tried it, though. I just pick...

which one of these SUBCOOL,tga STRAINS is your fav. and why?

Have the same issue with Querkle at the moment. Very moist and sticky buds on the most indica-dom pheno. It has barely rained at all here this year, but I'm clipping bud rot out on the bigger colas (actually just took off the top two branches and main colas). A great plant, but can be prone to...

Super Lemon Haze - Greenhouse Seeds. Quite mind blowing

The sativa pheno just glistened, and in the end outdid the indica-dom, which was no small feat. Will drop by your thread for sure.

Super Lemon Haze - Greenhouse Seeds. Quite mind blowing

Surprisingly little. They sure look like two different beasts, don't they? But I'd say the sativa plant was a bit stronger weed. The sat-dom went 10-11 weeks before chop, while the indica-dom went only 8 weeks. They were both very impressive looking plants at the end, but the high was very...

    Dr Greenthumbs G13

What is that supposed to mean? It's from a Monty Python skit (Life of Brian), but nevermind.... And what you said about anyone buying me seeds is nonsensical. I never asked anyone for any seeds of any type from any breeder, and in response to an offer I in no uncertain terms said no thank...

    Dr Greenthumbs G13

I'm bricktop and so is my wife! Don't believe me? Listen: Dr. Greenthumb is of dubious moral fabric and misrepresents his strains. I hate this man. His weed blows. How's that? Wanna buy me some seeds now, just to show me?

would like some help here please

Patience, grasshopper. Just keep checking them. If they show runaway mold, then chop them. Otherwise, you must wait.

outdoor grow in south east england. Need advice

"Fortnight" might be throwing people, but I hear you. 1. Yes, the plant will fill out, or bulk up, in the the last two weeks. Outside or inside, this is what they'll do. 2. Giving only water is usually the norm for most grower in the final few weeks as it flushes out all the nutrients, and...

Super Lemon Haze - Greenhouse Seeds. Quite mind blowing

Wow, that's the most sativa dominant SLH pheno I've seen yet. No wonder it's taking so long.

    Trichomes???

Don't get me wrong, a microscope is better and is what I personally use these days, but I have used a cheap-o digital camera in the past and got a good idea of where I stood. And amber heads are very easy to spot.

Put a Cover Over my Grow, Now I Have a New Problem

Direct sunlight is best, for sure. Hard to say, really, Strain dependent in many cases as some are dense buds and some light and fluffly. Also, is there a breeze around, 'cause that'll dry things out. For some plants, eventually is a week or even a few days, for others it's longer. But...

    Trichomes???

poplars: respectfully disagree. I have the cheapest digital camera in the store and no tripod or experience snapping photos. But unless my nerves are shot, I can take a relatively still picture, then download it and zoom...presto, a close-up. And if you want to open that photo in say, some...

Put a Cover Over my Grow, Now I Have a New Problem

50 percent humidity is perfect. Anything over 60-65 is eventually going to cause problems.

    Trichomes???

If you have a digital camera, just take a picture of the plant, then when you download it, use the zoom feature and you can see the trichomes pretty well.

WHAT YOUR LEAST FAVORITE THING TO SOMKE FROM ??? (AND Favorite too)

Maybe not favourite, but used most often: joint (expertly rolled w/filter). Least used (and probably my un-favourite): vapourized. Yeah I know it's better for the lungs and all, but it's just unsatisfying. The buzz doesn't hit very hard and creeps mildly. And the exhale is anti-climatic...
