hmmm, nice set up man, i never tought of hanging my grow lights vertical but hey looks like u got the hang of it.Heck problably y i didnt think of it cause i needed a cooltube(mh/hps can get really freaking hot)but ur plants seem to luv it, they look nice and healthy.

my Humidity is like 30 % during the night and 40-50% during day time, with my co2 going and my inline off so the co2 can build in my tent and plants take advantage of it, it will go up more like to 60% and temps to like 80-85 degrees. You just dont want it to get too extreme like 90 n up...

word, loving the CO2 in the back :) plants will really luv it. Now for ur smell situation its simple man, get a inline fan hooked up to ur cooling reflector. Get sum ducting(insulated if you want to reduce heat and noise) and have all the hot air/smell exausted outside.

Quick Update- I Watered with 1/4 Fox Farm Grow Big and 3 Teaspoons of Big Bloom(Total Ppm= 250) Ph-6.50. With the CO2 and nute feed im sure its gonna grow alot more today.

Honestly i was thinking of doing a similar thing, i was gonna turn half of my closet into a veg/cloning area but then i just decided on getting a smaller grow tent, put it right next to my mother Grow tent.

dont get it y dont you just get a Digital ballst, so simple and works great. Animal machine a 1000 watt with cooling reflector with inline fan and digital ballast would be a great start.
