My advice to you would be to, if you can afford it, get some more CFLs and tier them from top to bottom on your plant. I love working with CFLs but you gotta remember to keep them in close. They have sucky light penetration and the lumens greatly reduce over a very short distance. But all that...

Way too early to tell. If your doing from seed 12/12, you won't know sex until you induce flowering. If you're going to veg them for a while, between week 3-4 you can see preflowers that will tell you sex. How many plants are you growing? I counted over 30 in that picture lol.
