Take your $195 and go but some bud with it. Cause that all your going to produce anyways is about $195 dollars worth. So cut the 3-4 months of bullshit and go get high. Then when you really live on your own you can grow for real.

Get a 400w, trust me! Its not much more money and you will get more bang for your buck. As long as you vent it or get an air-cooled hood your golden. 250w is ok but you will wish you bought a 400w after a short while.
