A disadvantage in the tent is string/rope being fished through and around the light fixture. You have a custom ceiling and can create custom hook locations. Good point about misinterpreting the height.

Now that I've seen what other growers are doing the simplest might be 4 cinder blocks in the corners of the tent < tie down a twin bed frame to the blocks for the stability. Something like this should slide right in to the tent.
