    Changing 12/12 time of day

I flipped some plants 12/12 this past Saturday. The lights on period is 8:00AM - 8:00PM. Today the power company notified me so-called "Time of Day" rates are being implemented. Peak power rates will be 3:00PM-7:00PM so I need to change the plant's day to 8:00PM - 8:00AM to the new rates...

Importance of lights on/off temp swing question.

What do you think about emailing a seed manufacture with the question? A seed shop should know. Some folks cite the Royal Queen Seeds site for information so I could ask them.

Importance of lights on/off temp swing question.

Much info indicates a cooler lights off period is ideal but not required. My tent situation, with lights off/heater off RH bounced up to 70.1% from 50% so I turned the heater back on to stop the spike which worked. How critical is having a lights on/off temp swing and what is an ideal swing?

I put a cam in the tent aimed at the sensors. Now I'll be able to see/log.

    Runtz try three

The tent had a humidity spike last night around 1:00AM, RH was 70%. I turned the heater back on and RH went down. As the heat leaves the tent it takes humidity with it. How are you growers dealing with humidity spikes? I could get more sensors. TIA.

    Runtz try three

12/12 began today. I also took cuttings for clones today. The #1 Runtz is a runt and I think it's because there is a curlicue in the stem. I noticed the curlicue awhile back and don't know how that happened but it can't be corrected.

Athena IPM and Citric Acid didn't get rid of PM

Why does anyone have a temp swing? I keep my tent within 4° or 5°. For me it's a "set and forget". Am I doing it wrong?

"Weed will grow anywhere" but the quality will be ditch weed. I've grown a lot of ditch weed indoors. The guerrilla growers sinking trash cans have the right idea but that's a more complex caper.

Looks like the transplant was a success. I haven't seen any Fungus gnats for two, three days. The plague has passed.

    Runtz try three

A lot of people are outside today and I'm trying to be inconspicuous with these dark green plants. So far transplanted three (4, 5 & 6) from 3 gal. to 5 gal. today. The first pic is of the stem (same stem as up there) that got the AN Tarantula/Nirvana. One week since and doesn't look like a...

To clear things up, Guerilla Style

The thing I noticed when planting seed in the forest is forest seed has been there. The native plants choke out the newcomer seed before the new seed can get started.

fungus gnats finally solved - to easy

Fungus Gnat problem resolved. After dumping bleach down all drains I still saw limited Fungus gnats flying around. One day I noticed a fungus gnat in a garbage can. I use paper towel and toss them into the trash can wet. I think the Fungus gnats were flying around, banging then laying eggs...

CO2 in a small tent of 60x60cm - what to choose?

Would removing the oxygen from the grow space using an oxygen concentrator work? Instead of recirculating the oxygen compress the gas into a tank and ditch it somewhere else.

    Runtz try three

The trio arrived today. Last watering all plants got 2 cups Dr. Earth "Home Grown" tea solution to 1/2 gallon of water. This watering: 1 and 2 got plain water. 3 didn't need watering but will get plain water. 4, 5, and 6 got AN Nirvana and Tarantula as directed in their water. All water...
