If the tops still growing you harvested the bottoms too early, They put on the most weight the last couple weeks of flowering, had you left all of them untill the TRICHS (NOT THE HAIRS) were 50% amber you would be perfect. That sucks man, probably hurt your overall harvest weight.

I have had them come out of the soil in a day after germing a little too long I think. They had even shed the seed already in my germination container before being planted (forgot to check on them one day)
