with all the coffee shops that would be available people wouldn't bother making plants and making plants without a licence would probraly be made illegal because it would be considered traficking. Theres a solution to every problem...

I smoked everyday for 10 years ( like 2 joints a day, sometimes blunts) and i never had any memory problem or never been addicted, besides if you think being addicted means not able sleeping for 3-4 days...
