    CFL vs HPS penetration

Wow you don't have to be that mean! He is just an animator that obviously enjoys the fast paced, easy to find research on the internet more thrilling then the slow going proven research from growing yourself. You've got to know when you've already won the fight. BTW MAD PROPS TO TEATREEOIL...

    CFL vs HPS penetration

See, the problem is that you CANT use a cool tube. CFLs are simply harder to cool then HID lighting. That is the only PRACTICAL difference. How the hell does one plan on cooling 10 different bulbs hanging in the fricken canopy??? HID + Cooltube is obviously the best answer. I've never...

Which light source is more intense? (survey + animation)

Your animation does not prove anything. Research has to have practical application in mind. So in other words; post grow pictures proving your ideas not animations that give a theoretical representation of what you're trying to prove. Its like when people post pictures of their grow cabinet...

    Joints Or Blunts? Vote!

I have a lot of friends that do the same thing. But eventually every one of them learns (maybe not this one guy...) that if you're always rolling personal blunts then you just end up smoking more then you intend too, or rolling more then you intend too for personal use. If its .5 or less I...

    Joints Or Blunts? Vote!

Ok. So there is something that blunts were meant for... parties. If there are more then 3 heads on a joint, it might as well be a blunt.

    Joints Or Blunts? Vote!

As a medicinal smoker, I think I speak for all medicinal users when I say joints. All blunts do is is make me sick and ruin my high with all added chemicals. The fact is there is nothing a blunt can do that a joint can't do cheaper.

First Medical Grow: Verticle build with 250W MH, and 27 square feet of direct light.

I use the 2" FLEXIBLE net cups, this way i can just shove them in the oval shaped holes. Great looking plants. I'd be happy to take one of those 400watters off your hands, You don't happen to live near in the mid west do you? :) I'll be working on my setup this week once I can get my pain...

First Medical Grow: Verticle build with 250W MH, and 27 square feet of direct light.

Thanks for your comments! For this build I used 2 inch pvc pipe as it was alot cheaper then the 3 or 4 inch, and I am planning on growing very small plants without gigantic root structures. I'll be using 2 inch flexible net cups filled with hydrotron and and a small 1 inch rockwool cube that...
