    NEEM OIL for Life!

Not that I don't use it myself as a speedbump but the small bottle does not last a very long time. Even systemic neem (root fed) doesn't deter mites forever, you have to constantly spray plants and more important rotate different oils. Even then you don't kill every mite, you don't prevent every...

    Gnats

Sorry for shooting down your post my fault, I've beed dealing with mites, not gnats, again my fault for posting in a gnat post. As for mites, Azamax alone doesn't kill them is what I meant earlier. Gnats may well be controlled, or killed better with Azamax, I think I remeber using it when I did...

spidermites like a beast... need some help

The day before I finally hung my first No Pest Strip i could see hundreds, if not thousands of mites crawling on four perfect pots. This mind you is after a two month veg and a month of flowering, keeping mites constantly at bay with sprays and oils every three days. Neem, Azamax, Organicide...

    Gnats

The above statement, as written may seem simplistic, but it's not true. Anyone who uses oils should be using a rotation of two to three different oils to be effective for any length of time, even then, you might keep bugs at bay, but you're not going to kill everything simply by spraying with...

Tobacco juice & cayanne pepper brew...

Side effects are as scary as you want them to be, as I posted in another thread, the labels on big tobaccos packages warn their product, when used properly will cause cancer. This doesn't stop the sale of upwards of 1.5 trillion cigarettes annually. That said, you can either hold spider mites at...

WTF is with these frickin spider mites!?

I guess it all depends on how big a risk you think these things are, versus the warnings being governmental mandated. Kind of like the warning on the pack of cigarettes that says THIS PRODUCT CAUSES CANCER in the multi billion dollar tobacco industry. I worry more about my cats than myself when...

Absolute cure for spider mite infestation?

Where do you hang them? I'm trying to figure where strips would be placed to be most effective for mites. In the past, for bugs crawling on my pots, i've used duct tape, sticky side out around the outside top edges of some pots. My thinking was the'd get stuck on the tape and die.

    3 week old clones help!!

It almost seems like once you learn how to not baby your clones, and force them to push out those roots, it gets real easy to propagate. It's like throwing your kid in the water, and hoping in seven days he's learned to swim.

Absolute cure for spider mite infestation?

I feel for you. Though i'd never say i'm rid of them I seem to finally keeping mites at bay. My current flowering plants show very few signs of damage, maybe the odd leaf with the tell tale spots, and very few mites are visible crawling on the pots, not like some grows during the last almost...

    3 week old clones help!!

I bought a simple tray/dome and heating mat cloner for around $40 and a tray of root riot cubes. A fool proof way to root clones in 7-8 days. 100% success rate. That's not to brag, it's a compliment to root riot/clonex. A small amount of clonex comes with the tray of cubes. 100% success...

    Closet Circulation

I flower in a walkin closet, and stealth is NOT an issue, although heat is. Keep that in mind. In the flower closet I use a 400w Hortilux Eye with a cheap wing reflector. Other stuff I use, in a second. Some good points were mentioned. Lights on at night is good for those of us with temp issues...

Can I use Holy Water on my plants?

If you can be so thirsty as to drink your saviors blood, and crave sustenance to the point of eating his flesh; I feel confident you can use his voodoo water to feed one of his dads creations.

How many times can you harvest a single plant?

You've just described how a lot of people grow, perpetually. While you are correct, that is a method of growing, keep in mind, the question was specific to multiple reharvesting of plants therefore you'd have to think the person posting the question wasn't interested in a grow method, only how...

    Medical Marijuana in Jeopardy

We can, do, and have evolved without getting along, to think otherwise would be a mistake. Evolution needs only strength to perpetuate itself. At least thats what the fortune cookie said.

How Can I Harvest Every Month?

I understand. I'm just trying to do the math, 6-8 clones at 1/8th per clone is nowhere near 9-12 oz per plant or per tub. Using 1/8th per plant on average you'd need to harvest 70 or more clones a month to hit the low number you listed (255g or 9oz.) That's what is confusing me.
