Look for Foxfarm.... Grow....Bloom....and tigerbloom....you will have good resalts with these....there is even a feeding scedual on there website...just search google.. you should be able to find foxfarms localy (wallmart, garden stores, hardwhere stores) foxfarm makes good soil too...

I suggest you get air cooled reflectors and a vortex inline fan... have no intake or exast but a co2 tank and use both lights

Uhmm I think 1 400 watt will be fine for 4 plants....If u still want more light get a 600 watt.

I dont really know but i suggest you Just try again... be patiant.. maybe get a heating mat... keep the light closer this time...and yes the rockwool cubes should stay wet/damp. Im no expert but i think cloneing can take up to 2 weeks for roots to form. :leaf:peace:leaf:
