When I grow autos I let them veg under a 400 watt MH then I switch to 400 WATT hps for flowering. I keep my lightson 24/7 and usually let them flower for7-9 weeks depending on thew trichs. From your pictures I'd say you have some little timeto go yet.

Plants need leaves to grow.It's not a good idea to remove all but dead leaves.

My last grow, (Bubblicious) one of my plants acted very similiar except she didn't bud up at all the other 3 were fine. All under rhe same ligh,t soil ,nutes etc. Shit happens.

No kidding now it could be a magnesium deficiency which can be corrected with a bit of epsom salt and water and more light would be a big help, not with the leaves but growing in general.

Seamen isn't your problem. You simply don't have enough light. Now if you can get your seamen to glow in the dark you'll have it made.

It's impossible to say what kind of yield you'll get at this point. It depend on what type of lighting you have nutrients and the plants themselves. An OZ per plant is a realistic goal so good luck.
