I always trim everything then hang to dry. Trimming wet is much easier than trimming dry.

I grew Bubblicious once and the yield was poor and the smoke was so so. Sure gives you the munchies though. I won't grow it again.

The further you are into your grow the more dead dried up leaves you'll get. Take them out and don't worry unless you haven't started 12/12 yet. If your leaves are dying during veg maybe a watering issue like not enough.

How could your plants die in soil but survive in hydro. Hydro is not as forgiving as soil. I 'd say water and hope for the best. How much light do they get? and how old are they? .
