ok im gonna start growing my first plant in a couple of weeks. what lighting schedule should i use?

Great...im new to all this obviously so im just tryin to get an idea of what to get. now how often do i use the nutes in each stage of the plants growth?

i wanna grow some shit in my closet but im not sure what lights to use and also how often to add nutrients during the flowering and veg. stages. also im not sure what nutrients to use. if anyone has any advice please post something up for me. i really want to get this going.
