Yes you can just use the lights in the AG it is that easy if you chose to make it so, and yes you can burn the plants if you basically have the leafs touching the lights, if not you can get anywhere from 1-3 inches away i would say 2-4" to be safe and reduce any stretching

First off one 26w bulb isn't enough to do didly quat even with one plant from seed to bud 12/12...the yield will likely be .3 if not less haha i suggest about 3 CFL's for the plant or atleast 80-100w..

And with plants that small wait until there atleast 2 weeks old before using any nutes at all and when you start use 1/4, 1/2 strength work to full strength and the yellowing could also be your ph adjust it in the range of 5.5-i would say 6.5 being the highest..

Honestly for lowryders, you really don't need more than the 150w HPS you don't need lights under the plants, maybe like 2 26w CFL's on the lower end of your plants so that the lower branches get sufficient light? but i don't think you need all those T5's and the HPS..

I think as far as housing for your extra CFL's try lowes, worst comes to worst you can make your own fixture with a clamp so you can adjust where the light is, supplies needed could easily be found at lowes, home depot, etc..

I would get rid of that tin foil, and that brown could just be excess seed membrane sometimes the inside shell sticks to the round leafs.

Well they don't need 12/12 unless you wanna force flower or show sex, otherwise 5-6 weeks they will mature and show preflowers..but once they show flowers 12/12 is your best bet
