what size pot is that could be root bound

yeah 45 watt will do fine

i wouldnt choose an auto you can do any plant 12/12 from seed or with just a short veg depending on hight limits. a old dresser works good for a grow box thats how i started out just gut it and paint the inside white and intake and ouake some lights and your good to go

2 weeks you will will be seein something special

nah man idk what your growing but i see them start to cluster way befor 4 weeks

i dont even start counting flowering time to i have a lil cluster of hairs at the top thats what i would consider full flower

looks like it they may need a lil N either that or your ph is off how long hey been flowering
